Description

We will make artisan cheese using fresh pasteurized local goat’s milk, a type of cheese present in every Cretan household.
You will also have the chance to sample a variety of local cheese. You can take the cheese you made (1/2 kilo) with you.
The workshop takes place at the Olive Farm with fresh goat’s milk and fresh aromatic herbs.
We will teach you a very traditional and simple recipe that you can make again at home!
